1 General Terms

These terms apply to all players who access and use the mym6 platform (www.mym6.vip). By registering an account, browsing, playing games, depositing or withdrawing — any action taken on the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

mym6 is a secure and trustworthy online gaming platform built for Myanmar nationals and residents. The platform offers slots, live casino, football betting, fish shooting games, and esports betting.

1.1 Legal Restrictions

Each player is responsible for verifying that online gambling is legal in their own location. mym6 cannot be held responsible for any legal consequences faced by players who knowingly access the platform where it is prohibited by law.

1.2 Service Changes

mym6 reserves the right to change game types, bonus promotions, payment methods, and service details without prior notice. Continued play counts as acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

To open a player account at mym6, an applicant must meet all of the following requirements.

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21 and above (21+) may register and play at mym6. Accounts found to have been opened with a false age will be closed immediately and any remaining balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account at mym6 at any time. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all such accounts may be closed and any remaining balances, including bonus funds, may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, players must provide their full name, phone number, and payment details accurately and completely. Accounts opened with incorrect or incomplete information may be reviewed and withdrawals may be suspended.

2.4 Account Security

Players must not share their login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If an account is shared with another person, the account holder is fully responsible for all financial outcomes arising from that account.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at mym6 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks; deposits below this amount cannot be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes, but may take a little longer if verification is required.

3.3 Payment Protection

Deposits must be made using a payment method belonging to the account holder only. Deposits using a third party's bank card or mobile banking are not permitted. If this is detected, withdrawals may be suspended and the account may be reviewed.

3.4 Refunds

If a refund is requested after a deposit has been made without any play, the player must bear the transaction fee and only the remaining balance will be returned. If a withdrawal is made from a balance that includes bonus funds, the right to those bonus funds will be forfeited.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at mym6, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable (wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10).

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

To withdraw bonus funds, you must first complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount through eligible real-money games on the mym6 platform. If you request a withdrawal after claiming a bonus but before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Restriction Rationale

mym6 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or close any bonus offer to any player without prior notice. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus funds and any winnings obtained through the violation may be confiscated.

4.4 VIP Player Cashback

mym6's VIP player weekly cashback is available across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on the player's gameplay and activity on the platform.

5 Player Responsibilities and Prohibitions

Each player using the mym6 platform agrees to and acknowledges the following responsibilities:

5.1 Player Responsibilities

• You must assess your financial situation before playing.
• Only play with money you can afford to lose; do not play with borrowed money or money you cannot afford to lose.
• Do not share your account access with any third party.
• Do not harass, abuse, or repeatedly pester other players on the platform.
• Using your own player ID to conduct financial exchanges on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

• Playing games using software bots, scripts, or any automated tools
• Attempting to exploit the game system or attack the servers
• Attempting to obtain bonus rewards improperly (bonus abuse)
• Any deposit or withdrawal pattern associated with money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts from a single individual to claim bonuses repeatedly

6 Financial Protection and Security

mym6 uses SSL encryption technology and verification protocols to ensure the security of players' funds and personal information.

6.1 Identity Verification

When processing withdrawals, mym6 may carry out identity verification checks on players. Once verification is complete, withdrawal processing may take 10–45 minutes, and withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification period.

6.2 Suspicious Financial Activity

mym6 monitors players' deposit and withdrawal records, gameplay, and financial transactions. If any activity suspected of being related to money laundering is detected, mym6 reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities.

6.3 Resolving Financial Issues

If any issue arises with a deposit or withdrawal, players can report it via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. The mym6 support team will review the records and take the necessary action.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

mym6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these terms and conditions is found
• The account is found to have been opened with false personal information
• Signs are detected suggesting the account is being used for any financially irregular purpose
• The player themselves requests account closure for health, financial, or Responsible Gaming reasons
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age

7.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure Request

7.2 Remaining Balance After Account Closure

If mym6 closes an account due to the player's conduct (not a legal violation), any remaining balance that was not obtained through improper means can be returned via an approved payment method. Balances in accounts closed for misconduct will not be refunded.

8 Limitation of Liability

The mym6 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. mym6 is not responsible for any casino winnings or losses that may occur while players are playing.

8.1 Game Issues / Technical Issues

If a player suffers a loss due to a technical failure (server downtime, software error), mym6 cannot be held responsible for any casino winnings lost. However, mym6 will investigate any disputed game round where a session was interrupted and the bet was lost without any action being taken, and will make every effort to provide a fair resolution.

8.2 Fairness of Game Results

Games on mym6 use a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) and technology provided by game software providers. mym6 cannot pre-determine game results.

9 Personal Information and Data Protection
